Hi! My name is Ashley Sullivan. I am an Administrative Assistant for David J. Moore Properties & the DavidTheLocator team. I was born and raised in a small town in Iowa, and I graduated with a BA in Marketing from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA. I moved to Indiana with my parents when I graduated. After discovering more opportunity in Houston, I relocated to the area in March of 2011. I did a few Marketing internships in college, and I also worked in retail. I have always been interested in fashion, in fact after high school I enrolled in a fashion design program at one of the top design schools in Chicago, IL. I decided to pursue my interests in business, and I knew a degree in Marketing would open more doors for me after graduating.

While in college, my fashion interests transcended into real estate. Real estate is an industry that is always changing, and there is so much to learn. I am fascinated by the excitement, opportunity, and fast paced environment the industry has to offer. It is actually similar to the fashion industry in that, there are always trends to be studied, and it is the job of the experts in the industry to be aware of those trends in order to better serve their clients and their clients’ needs.
